We ship both within the United States and internationally using trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx.
Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders worldwide. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available during checkout.

Exchanges
We want you to love your Koccer jewelry.
If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.
To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item. All exchange requests require approval.

Jewelry must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
Custom and personalized pieces are Final Sale.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
